Our Story
Compass Technologies was founded on a simple idea: technology should solve real problems and make life easier for real people.
During a family Christmas gathering, we experienced firsthand the chaos of coordinating a group event—voting on activities, splitting expenses, planning meals, and keeping everyone informed. We realized there had to be a better way.
That frustration sparked the creation of Huddle, our first product. But it also revealed something bigger: the potential to build sustainable technology businesses that generate revenue to fund direct community action.

Our Purpose
Revenue from our products funds direct community action through our non-profit initiatives. We believe technology companies have a responsibility to give back in tangible, meaningful ways.
Our goal is simple: build great products, generate sustainable revenue, and use that revenue to meet real needs—whether that's groceries for a struggling family, clothes for a job interview, or help maintaining a home after an injury.
